Balsamic Glaze
  1. Mix warm water, honey, and yeast in a mixing bowl and let sit until its foamy, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add oil, flour and yeast and mix until it forms a ball.
  3. Knead dough on floured surface for about 5 minutes, until its smooth and elastic. add little bit of four to avoid sticking.
  4. Spray a large bowl with non-stick spray. place ball of dough in the ball cover with plastic wrap and let sit rise about 1 hour or until it double in size.
  5. after it rises, preheat oven to 500F. Roll out dough to whatever shape you want your pizza.
  6. Make Glaze by mixing brown sugar and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and let simmer until the mixture is reduced by half and thickened this takes about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Brush rolled out pizza dough with garlic butter. Top with grated mozzarella cheese. sprinkle chicken, roasted red peppers, basil and goat cheese on top.
  8. bake in 500F oven on a pan lined with parchment paper for about 15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
