Easy One Pan Spinach & Artichoke Stuffed Chicken

This dish is way easier then it looks. I love one pan meals, it un-complicates meals and makes clean up so simple. The spinach & artichoke mixture makes an amazing dip as well if baked on its own.

Some great tips to make your week night easier. ~ the Spinach mixture can be made in advance. ~ The pasta can be precooked as well. Also this recipe is great for weekly meal prep. just divide in to dishes and let cool before covering.  I have also froze this recipe but I haven’t check to see how it reheated yet, So I will update as soon as I know.
