These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars are Fantastic.
With only 6 ingredients and can be made in just 15 minutes.

Another No Bake Recipe – I just realized the my holiday baking list required no actual baking. These no bake chocolate peanut butter oatmeal bars are probably my favorite treat. I love them they are simple to make and the perfect amount of sweet and salty. We have already been through two pans of these this month and I am making a third pan of them this weekend.

Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a medium sauce pan, Melt butter and mix in brown sugar, vanilla and oats.
  2. Cook this mixture for 4-5 minutes while stirring constantly.
  3. Pour half of the oat mixture in to a 9×9 pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Press this mixture in to pan to spread evenly.
  5. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and peanut butter together in microwave. I did this at 20 second increments stirring ever time until smooth and well combined.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat mixture and spread even. Save 2 tbsp of the chocolate for drizzling the top.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the oat mixture over top of the chocolate mixture. and drizzle with the remaining chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate for an hour or until completely cool and set.
  9. When completely cool and set. Remove from pan by lifting the parchment paper and cut into bars
