The creamy, bubbly baked dip is easy to make. It is the perfect for holiday gatherings or game day parties. With the Superbowl coming up the addition of this dip is perfect for any party menu. This is one of my most requested recipes ever.
I’m not lying when I say we fight over who got the last scoop and we had no intentions of eating all of it. I serve this dip with warm naan bread and tortilla chips. That being said, if you bring it to a party, make sure you grab some right as you set it out. It won’t last long. - Lobster and Spinach Dip
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Powder
- 1 1/2 cup Lobster Meat Chopped
- 3 cloves garlic Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Frozen Spinach Chopped
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400F
Cut cream cheese into small chunks
Mix in mayonnaise, garlic, half of the shredded cheese, Parmesan, and lemon juice. do not over mix.
Add lobster and spinach and mix.
spread the mixture into a oven safe dish. top with the rest of the shredded cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly. serve while warm with Naan Bread and tortilla chips.
