This simple healthy teriyaki chicken that can be made in our own kitchens with very little prep and cook time. The easy teriyaki sauce is made from a few simple ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen. This Asian chicken dinner better than takeout and made in less than 30 minutes. Sweet, garlicky chicken served with rice and steamed broccoli comes together as a great alternative to take out that you can feel good about.

Healthy Teriyaki Chicken
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes then spray with non stick cooking spray a large saute pan, preheat over medium high heat.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides. and no longer pink inside.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until well combined.
Pour sauce mixture into pan with the chicken, stir well while simmering and cook until thickened. about 3-5 minutes.
To serve: Divide Cooked Rice and Steamed Broccoli and Teriyaki Chicken into 6 bowl or freezer containers. and serve immediately enjoy or freezer for meals ready to go for later.
