Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients for marinade, let sit for at least 30 minutes or overnight is best.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet over med-high heat, add marinated chicken to pan and saute chicken until almost cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, Add onions and garlic cook until onions are transparent. Then add in the crushed tomatoes and stir.
  4. Bring to a simmer and add spices (garam marsala, tumeric, cumin, ginger and sugar). stir to combine.
  5. Add cauliflower and let sauce simmer with chicken in it for about 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in Coconut milk and Greek yogurt
  7. let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve over Basmati Rice or brown rice and/ or Naan bread.
