Quick and Easy Healthy Banana Bread, No sugar, no oil and made in one bowl for easy clean up.
This is it people! This is my most delicious Healthy Banana Bread recipe. Regular banana bread recipes are packed with lots of butter, oil, sugar, and white flour making them delicious, but not the healthiest option. Well it is pretty easy to make a few small changes and enjoy a delicious and much healthier banana bread. All we do is switch out the oil/butter for unsweetened applesauce. Then we are going to substitute maple syrup and honey for the white sugar and use whole wheat flour and oats instead of white flour. The result is an incredibly soft, fluffy, dense and moist Healthy Banana Bread.

The Best Healthy Banana Bread
In the bowl of a mixer, mash bananas, Add greek yogurt, applesauce, honey, maple syrup. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, and oats, mix just until the flour is incorporated. Do Not Over Mix.
Pour in to a 9×5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Until the top is nicely browned and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack before taking the loaf out of the pan and slicing.
