Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Mix the onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Cayenne pepper and salt and pepper together in a small bowl and set aside
Pour salsa in the bottom of slow cooker (crock pot) insert. layer the sliced peppers and onions on top of the salsa.
Sprinkle spice mixture on the top and bottom of chicken breast and place chicken on top of peppers in the slow cooker. sprinkle any remaining spice mixture over entire meal.
Set slow cooker for on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
When the chicken is cooked take it out and either slice or shred the chicken. return it to the slow cooker and stir into mixture. cook for 30 more minutes.
Serve with warm tortilla wraps and garnishes such as plain greek yogurt, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, avocados, shredded cheese and salsa
