  1. Preheat oven to 400F, Spray an baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl combine the quartered tomatoes, vinegar, oil, garlic, basil and onion powder. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper
  4. Mix the oil, garlic, thyme, oregano, and basil together and gently toss the chicken breast in the mixture to coat well.
  5. Place Chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper or sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Place pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes of cooking add the asparagus the pan and top the chicken with the bruschetta and cheese.
  7. Place pan back in the oven for 10-12 more minutes.
  8. Serve immediately or divide into dishes for weekly meal prep.
