Flavorful turkey meatballs that are easy, healthy, and really filling!
Pasta is a staple in our house. Some kind of pasta is on the menu at least once a week. It is my weakness, my comfort food, and my lifeline somedays. When I get home after a busy day, exhausted, and have no meal ideas for the answer to the never ending question of “What’s for supper?” I almost immediately go to the pasta cupboard and then begin to try and create supper.
These Healthy Turkey Meatballs with Zucchini Pasta are super quick to make a meal out of. I make the turkey meatballs in a big batch so I have them in my freezer whenever I need them. The zucchini noodles can be made within minutes using simple kitchen tools (no zoodler required) I use a Julienne slicer that I picked up at y grocery store. But in this post from Izy at Top with Cinnamon she explains how to use a box grater to make the same noodles.check that out here. (It is awesome)
