Pair them with garlic mashed potatoes (recipe to coming soon) and broccoli or corn on the cob, with a bottle of your favorite red wine and you have a perfect weekend meal. They also go well with apple juice and crackers or whatever you have on hand really, I promise nobody will care what you serve with these ribs because they are that good. Seriously make these for someone, anyone, or just yourself .. you deserve it.
This recipe requires no marinating or tedious prep work and involve only a few basic spice that you probably have in your cupboard already. These are the best ribs ever they are so easy and completely fail proof. Trust me they fall right off the bone and are packed with flavor. Preheat oven to 275F
Trim any excess fat off ribs. (trim thin membrane off the rib bones, this makes them so tender they fall right off the bone).Mix all the dry ingredients together in a small bowlRub them directly on to both sides of the ribsWrap ribs very well in tin foil and place on a baking sheetBake at 275f for 4 hoursTake ribs out carefully. turn oven up to 400F,Open tin foil and remove keeping ribs on baking sheet brush with favorite bbq sauce and return to oven for 15 mins or until slightly crispy on top.
